Handmade pink dress in woven cotton featuring The Country Mouse and The City Mouse. 

  • Material: 100% medium weight woven cotton

The playful illustrations on this lovely STORYBOOK dress are hand- drawn and painted exclusively for my shop by the talented illustrator Anastasia Wessex. 

The Dutch-themed pattern on this dress features female mice only: there's Mrs Mouse riding her bike on a bright Spring day with a basket full of fresh flowers, a mum walking with a insanely cute baby on her back and a little girl chasing butterflies with her net. Where do you think they're headed to? The country or the city? Can you spot all those adorable tiny clogs? 

 This adorable pink dress is made from one layer 100% medium weight cotton and and unlined. It is the perfect garment for warmer Spring and Summer days.  The design is simple, playful and timeless. It has shoulder straps with real working round buttons made of coconut shell and is light and practical. A garment like this can't miss in a Summer wardrobe, but is also perfect for layering above a simple white shirt during cooler Spring days.

PLEASE NOTE that the item you will receive will be similar but not equal to the one/s portrayed in the photos. Because each item is unique it will vary in some respects from the pictures (think of fabric pattern placement). The colors may slightly differ due to light and/or monitor settings. What does not change is its quality and attention to details.

 

♡ SHIPPING, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY ♡

To make sure we can trace your order, I only ship with Track & Trace code. For any other shipping upgrade (such as an insurance), please get in touch with me before placing your order.

SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT  depending on the weight and volume of the ordered item(s).  Shipping up to two lightweight and low volume items such as an ASLAN romper + a KIKKI shirt, for example, will be cheaper than shipping other items, as they can be easily sent in a thinner box. Please note that the highest shipping costs will apply for slippers and in general if you order more than two products.

  • All "ready to ship" items will be shipped within 3 working days, but in most cases the next working day.

     

    Custom fees are sole responsibility of the client, so please keep that in mind when ordering from or asking for your order to be shipped to a country that does not belong to the European Union.  International orders outside Europe can take anywhere from 1 week to 2 months depending on the destination and if held too long at customs. Luckily orders can be easily traced, but sometimes there a longer period without any updates mauy occur. This can happen especially during busy holiday times and when shipping outside Europe. I am in no way responsible for delays in delivery. If you wish to purchase an insurance with your order, please get in touch with me to know more about the costs.

    If your order is a 'made to order' item (you can choose for this option if the item is not ready to ship unless I have not enough material available to make it) it will be made and dispatched within 14 workings days. As stated in the item description, if you need to receive the product earlier, all you have to do is get in touch with me (Daria) via mail at talestowear@gmail.com, or Instagfram and ask about the processing time prior to placing your order. It may just take as little as a few days to get your order made and shipped. It depends on the number of orders I need to prepare and the availability of the fabrics.

The most important measurement for this particular item is the height, so please go by the measurements in the size chart below, as this may vary from the one used in your country.   • Size 6-9 months : 69 - 74 cm

♡ CARE INSTRUCTIONS ♡

• Main fabric is 100% woven cotton.

All fabrics are pre-washed to minimize shrinking. To increase the longevity of your garment, please hand wash in washing machine at 30°C with like colors using a fragrance free detergent. Spin at low spin. Do not tumble dry!

Since this item is handmade, it will be unique and may vary in some small respects from the photos (think of fabric pattern placement), but you will get an item with the same quality and attention to details. 
Please note that colors may slightly vary from images on your computer or tablet due to monitor settings.
